Where are your products from?

We purchase and manufacture most of our furniture products in Vietnam, but they are mostly made of imported woods, leather and fabrics, from the best suppliers in Europe and the US. Our rugs are from India, and our home perfumes from Portugal. Our bed linens are also from Portugal.

Do you provide custom-made furniture?

We do not make custom-made products unless our customers come with a project. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies for custom Design services. Please liaise with our sales team for more details.

Do you charge for delivery?

Our policy is to deliver and install our products without fees in the HCM City radius. We believe our customers will appreciate a hustle-free service, and we are happy to deliver it for free.

What is the guaranty on the products?

Our furniture have a One-Year guaranty. The guaranty applies on the construction and the hardware of our products. For problems caused by an abusive use of the furniture, such as damaged caused by children, stain or scratches, we do not provide refund.

Can you re-upholster an old sofa?

We do not provide re-upholstery services, including on our own upholstered products, but we can provide our customers with fabric or leather to take it to another upholstery workshop.
